Kaptea certified Gold status Twilio Consulting Partner

Kaptea has been certified as a Gold Consulting Partner by Twilio. In twelve extraordinary months, we’ve sent over 7 million messages and supported over 240 thousand contact-centre conversations for our customers. Over this time Kaptea has strengthened our expertise in the design and development of Twilio and integrating its APIs with other platforms.Our first large-scale programmable messaging project served the HSE’s COVID-19 Contact Tracing Programme by integrating Twilio with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. To date, we have built 16 different SMS notification flows sending 6,923,928 text messages to the population of Ireland. The messages notified patients of their COVID-19 test results and sent active follow-up reminders to those who were in close contact with positive cases.While the HSE and other health organisations around the world were warning people to self-isolate, millions decided to use their time to learn. And another one of our customers saw its customer-base jump from 5 million students to over 20 million. This demand placed massive pressure on its student-councillors team, which grew from 12 to over 120 in 10 weeks in four countries.Building on Twilio’s cloud contact-centre platform, Flex, our development team integrated FreshSales CRM and ChargeBee into one pain-of-glass for the student-councillors so that they were well prepared for their calls. At the same time, Kaptea customised Twilio Flex Insights so that our customer could get critical analytics into the contact centre’s metrics and figure out where demand was coming from and how councillors could better serve students.We’ve had several other fun projects which we’ll post about later.
